Body Building and Paleo eating for maximum weight loss and muscle building. This is my ultimate goal.
Beginning weight: 272#, pant size 26W, shirt size 3x mens.
Today: ### (not listing at this time), pant size 13/14 jr., shirt L or XL (depends on the shoulder seam)
Started body building with J.E. my personal trainer in October, so far that’s 6 months of training…normally 2-3 x a week.
Cardio – used to be Octane and Zumba, now it’s spinning 3x a week.
